I just had a reeeeaally yummy lunch- pork chops done in a potato and onion gravy. Seriously it's so good! And I tried a local delicacy- dried salty fish- which I'd avoided until today. It is suprisingly good. The skin is a bit crispy and salty (obviously) but the meat inside is pretty nice. I think they steam it and cook it with spring onion, and ginger I think. And one of the kids gave me a preserved plum which was delicious too. So my tummy is full today :)
